Lovely, Amazing Polka Dots

Hi there…today my card share combines so many elements that I love….polka dots, navy blue, flowers and pearls…. The colors are one of the aspects of this card that I really like.  These colors were inspired by the Pals Paper Arts color challenge this week. Baby Buggy Balloons
