A Friend like Gnome One Else

I’m having a great time pulling out some fun stamp sets that haven’t gotten nearly enough play.  Today’s set is definitely one of them: MFT’s You Gnome Me. Celebrate, Celebrate, Celebrate…

I guess the message on today’s card is quite apparent!  This card was a lot of fun to make. It’s a mini slimline that measures 6 1/2 x 3 1/2. I embossed the front panel using a polka dot embossing folder from my stash.  I pulled out the retired SU stamp set:  Calligraphy Essentials and stamped “celebrate” in black Versa Fine ink and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder.  They’re cut using the Scan…

New Home Congratulations

Happy Easter Weekend!  Our family celebrated Easter last weekend to accommodate a few work schedules, so it’s pretty quiet around here this weekend.  So I’ve been creating a few different cards to keep on hand should the occasion arise.  Today’s “new home” card features MFT’s Cozy Winter Wishes stamp set.  Although there’s nothing winter about this card, the cute little homes worked well.  It’s such a bonus when a stamp set can multi-purpose!  Both the…
