I have a fun card for today’s Tic Tac Toe Challenge. At first glance of the challenge board, I wasn’t sure which direction my card would take. But first let’s take a look at the board Kerry created…

With most boards, I usually see right away which direction I’ll take. But with this one, I had a few ideas and they all would create totally different cards. Then I remembered my goal this year to create cards for very specific occasions so they’ll get sent or given rather than being stored in a box. So with that in mind, my direction became much clearer. Both of my grandsons have birthdays in June. My oldest grandson, Jack is turning 9 and is all about football this year, so I chose the top row across: Numbers/Initials, Plaid, Sports.

I made this card larger than usual so there was enough room for the images. It measures 5″ x 7″.

I know Jack will enjoy this card…as much as any 9 year old boy enjoys cards…haha!
If you haven’t been to the Tic Tac Toe Challenge site, please head over to see the other Team O creations. I know you’ll find lots of inspiration. And perhaps you’ll join us and share your projects.
Happy Stamping

Great card. Jack will love it – along with any cash that might be tucked inside! HaHa
Thanks, Judy! No cash but a summer pass to a Trampoline Park!
Perfect birthday card for Jack! Love the sentiments you choose as well! I can’t believe he is turning 9 already!!!!!
Thanks, Jeanie…getting closer to the double digits!
