I love big, bold and beautiful flowers. And my card today features the big, bold and VERY beautiful Delicate Dahlias stamp set from Stampin’ Up! Although this is a two-step stamp set, I chose to stamp and color these flowers. Before coloring, I stamped the flowers with Versa Mark ink and heat embossed them with black embossing powder.
