Stampin Up Rain or Shine Encourgement Card - Rosanne Mulhern Heartfelt Stamping

My card today is reflective of our weather this week.  But unlike the weather, it made me smile! It features the retired SU DSP:  Rain or Shine.  I cut a piece of this patterned paper for the card front then cut the matching umbrellas and adhered them using dimensionals to create a lot of dimension.  Full disclosure…I used the Brother Scan n Cut to cut the umbrellas.  The sentiment is from Spellbinders Cute Boots stamp…
