Happy New Week! I’m squeezing in a few more projects featuring some of my favorite products that will be leaving soon…like next week soon! Today’s project is a set of six (two of each color) Thank You notecards created using the floral corner border from the Decorative Borders stamp set in the Mini Catalog.
Here’s the details…
Measure & Cut
- The card base is a Basic White Notecard, so no measuring or cutting required.
- Colored card stock panel: cut at 4 7/8″ x 3 3/8″.
- Basic White card stock: cut at 4 3/4″ x 3 1/4″.
Assemble
- Glue the colored card stock to the notecard. I used Flirty Flamingo, Highland Heather and Pale Papaya card stock.
- On the Basic White panel, stamp the corner floral border in Versa Mark ink and heat emboss with Black embossing powder.
- Color the border using Stampin’ Blends.
- Stamp the sentiment in Black ink.
- Lastly, add a few sequins or jewels
- I used another stamp from the Decorative Borders stamp set to simply embellish the inside of the card and the envelope.

These would make a lovely little hostess gift or something special to tuck into a gift basket for Mother’s Day.
Here are a few more cards I created with the Decorative Border stamp set…

Thanks for spending some time here today and I hope it’s the beginning of a very good week for you!
So many favorite products are leaving after this month or while supplies last….If you’ve followed me for some time, you know that I still enjoy using favorite products after they’ve retired. So if you see something that you want now’s the time to purchase, especially if you can get $$$ off. I’ve added a few items to my list that I know I’ll regret not having. HERE’S the link to my online store for easy ordering.
