Today’s card is truly in my wheelhouse. I am loving the recent decorating trend known as Cottage-Core. To me, it’s a mix of vintage country along with a throwback to my decorating style of my younger married days. So my card was really fun to create as it, too, is a throwback to some of my favorite Stampin’ Up! products: Country Home bundle and the Tin Tile Dynamic embossing folder. The patterned paper is from another Graphic 45 collection, French Country.

I was so happy to see the As You Can See It challenge which prompted this card using my all-time favorite embossing folder, Tin Tile. I actually have two of these folders…just in case!

Thanks for stopping by today. Enjoy your day!

LOVE it! I forgot all about this lovely embossing folder, but it fits that country cottage style perfectly! Love the red accents too! Thanks for playing with our embossing folder challenge at As You See It this week!
Cottage Core, I can’t believe I haven’t heard of it. Beautiful and I am constantly revisiting my old stamps. So fun!
As soon as I saw your card I ran to my shelf to look for the Country Home set (I have given a number of older stampin sets to some new comers who were looking for just the right stamp set. Thank Goodness I still have Country Home. I would love to CASE your card in the very near future. Believe it or not I have started my Christmas card designs and making sure I have the necessary products. I am a 14 year Demonstrator and have made Christmas cards every year. Your card is so very attractive – love the color combination and I STILL have Tin Tile Folder. Thank you so very much for sharing your artistic talents.
Right in my wheelhouse too! I think that Country Home is one of my all time favourite stamp sets, and Tin Tile goes so well with it! What a pretty card you’ve created with the set! Thanks for filling in our blank at As You See It Challenges!
I love this folder too and still have it. It’s just perfect for your Cottage-Core card -which is really lovely. Your colouring is great and I like the twin strips of ribbon which add warmth and texture as well as integrating the colours. It’s a beautiful design and a beautiful card. Thanks for sharing it with us at As You See It.
Thank you, Jan!
