It’s been a minute since I participated in Jeanie Stark’s Mystery Monday Fun Fold. I was happy to change that this week. It’s a great challenge that usually results in a fold I never seen, which is what makes it so much fun. You can see the all the details on Jeanie’s blog HERE.
Now here’s my card…
Isn’t this a unique fold? My first challenge was to decide what patterned paper to use. This was important for this fold since both sides of one of the papers would be seen. After an exhaustive search of my vast supply of current and retired patterned paper, I decided on a long retired SU Designer Series Paper, Animal Expedition. This was a favorite of mine and I was happy to revisit it. The sentiments are from SU’s Fancy Phrases stamp set.
I hope you’re enjoying a wonderful 4th of July weekend. It’s a quiet one here as we’re going to be watching my daughters dog, Pickles for the first time. He’s a very sweet Mini Bernadoodle but is also very anxious, so we’re not sure how he’ll do here, especially with our rambunctious Hazel. Keeping our fingers crossed as he’ll be here for 11 days!
