I’m a day late with my Tic Tac Toe Challenge card…good thing it’s my “off” week! Like each week, this week’s challenge board is full of fun and inspiring elements.
I chose the middle row across: dimension, embellishment, die cut

Here’s the details
- The card base is Very Vanilla thick card stock.
- A mat of Champagne foil paper was cut 1/8″ smaller and adhered to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- The next layer is Very Vanilla card stock cut at 5 1/4″ x 4″ and glued directly to the Champagne Foil paper.

- I created the stripes using several spools from the Year of Cheer Washi Tape collection. This tape is absolutely beautiful with all its metallic patterns. And it was so easy to line them up against each other.
- The large flower is cut from the May Flowers framelits in Copper foil and adhered with a Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. This is one of those dies that cuts so much better using the Precision Base Plate for the Big Shot.
- The flower center is a White Perfect Accent colored with a copper colored Sharpie. I used the White Perfect Accents because they had the perfect size to cover the small amount of dimensional that was showing through the die cut.
- The sentiment is from the new Count My Blessings stamp set and is heat embossed with Copper Embossing Powder.

- The envelope is embellished with more Washi Tape for a coordinated look.
I love the rich elegant look of this card thanks to the Year of Cheer Washi Tape. I never considered myself a washi tape “fan” but this collection may have changed my mind. So much so, that my next post will feature a different washi collection…stay tuned!
I hope that you’ll hop over to the Tic Tac Toe Challenge and check out all the creativity from the Design Team as well as those who play along. And while you’re there, I hope you’ll decide to play along also….we would love to have you!
Thanks for checking in today and I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Take care,
Rosanne
