Colorful Autumn Thank You

I’m welcoming the first week of October with a quintessential Autumn Thank You.

It’s also the first October Tic Tac Toe Challenge.  Here’s the board and how I played it…

I chose the first column down: Emboss, Thank You, Matching Envelope.  My embossing is the sentiment.

All the leaves are cut with the SU Autumn Leaves dies backed by the All About Autumn DSP.  This particular DSP pattern just screams beautiful autumn colors and was the actual workhorse in creating this card.

I hope you hop over to the Tic Tac Toe Challenge to check out the beautiful projects my fellow Team O teammates created.  While there, I hope you’ll be inspired to play along with us.  We’d love to see your project!

Thanks for stopping by today and have a wonderful day.

Take care,

Rosanne

Graphic 45 Rare Oddity Halloween Card – #TTTC227

I stepped a bit outside of the box with this card and it was so much FUN!  It’s was my turn to create the elements for this week’s Tic Tac Toe Challenge and I really wanted to use that “creepy” element.  I hope you find this card delightfully “creepy”!

Here’s the board

I chose the left side diagonally:  Creepy, Green, Patterned Paper

I dug into my stash and came up with this wonderfully creepy paper from Graphic 45 called Rare Oddities.  I basically just cut different images from the paper to create this card.  So the paper and scissors did most of the work!

I embellished the inside with a strip of patterned paper and another snipped image.

I hope you’ll be inspired to head over to the Tic Tac Toe Challenge and play along.

Take care,

Rosanne

Fall Greetings from Coast to Coast

Karen Hallam and I are once again creating in tandem for our monthly CASEing Coast to Coast adventure.  It was my turn to choose our direction and I suggested that we highlight a large sentiment.

Well it’s really beginning to feel like Fall here on the East Coast and hopefully also on the West Coast, where Karen lives. So I decided to embrace this wonderful Fall feeling (after a pretty brutal summer) and create a pretty card seasonal card.

I used the “Fall” stamp set and dies from Honey Bee Stamps for the sentiments.  The patterned paper is from a DCWV paper pad along with copper foil paper.  The sentiment strip is heat embossed with copper embossing powder.

The inside sentiment is from the retired SU set: Beautiful Autumn.

If haven’t already done so, please click HERE to head West to see which sentiment Karen chose to highlight.  You’ll surely be inspired!

I’m also playing along with the Tic Tac Toe Challenge and just getting it in under the wire here…

I chose the middle column down:  Large sentiment, Free, Plaid

Thanks for stopping by today.  I hope your week is going well!

Take care,

Rosanne

Smile, It’s Your Day!

Fun Birthday Card Idea - Rosanne Mulhern Heartfelt Stamping

Smile…it’s Tic Tac Toe Thursday!  I created today’s card for my daughter’s birthday.  Emily loves happy faces and I knew as soon as I saw these cute dies by Whimsy Stamps that they would make the perfect card for her.

Here’s this week’s challenge board

I chose the first row across:  Ink Blending, Birthday, Square Card

I cut the smiley faces with white card stock and ink blended each using Simon Says Pawsitively Saturated inks.  Here’s the colors I used…

This card was really a lot of fun to make and really put a smile on my face, as well.

I hope you’ll head over to the Tic Tac Toe Challenge to see what my teammates on Team O came up with this week.  I also hope you’ll be inspired to join us with your own creation.

Take care,

Rosanne
