It’s a terribly cold and windy day here today. So after doing a few chores, I spent the day organizing my craft area a bit and then squeezed in this card. I used a combination of current and retired Stampin’ Up products on my card. I punched the flowers using the medium daisy punch and then sponged them dark to light. The patterned paper was part of the Farmer’s Market DSP collection and the white panel is embossed with the Quilt Top embossing folder. The pattern in the DSP and the embossing folder actually match. The sentiment, which is from the Sweet as a Peach stamp set is heat embossed. This is one of my favorite sentiments as I really like the cursive font. I cut it with a label die from the Pretty Pillow Box dies. Lastly, I added the sweet little bee from the Touches of Texture stamp set.
It’s been a while since I’ve used mostly Stampin’ Up! products. While organizing, I realized just how much retired products I have. And I was happy to find just what I needed to create today’s card.
The inspiration for this card came from the latest Freshly Made Sketches challenge…

I’m also playing along with the Flower Challenge #65…

As always, thanks for stopping by. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Take care,
Rosanne
